LlamaLAN 4 - Running out of spaces

In some ways this is a very good sign in others it is bad ... we would love to accomodate everyone who has expressed an interest in attending ... but we can't ... not through lack of trying I would like to point out but it is purely down to one thing ... POWER!

So ... as of today (Thursday 5th August) we have 7 spaces left, however we have the following people interested in attending (in no particular order) ...

TopTotty (probably spectate)
Tynkabelle (might spectate)
Equilibrium
BritishSniper(signed up)
Nuggy (signed up)
Webz (signed up and paid)
Lyn +2
Kwazo + 1
EvilWarlock (signed up)
EvilGangsta
EvilSetekh (signed up)
Darky and Axe's mate
Mincemeat (signed up)

... we have set the limits on the numbers for a reason ... POWER ... we cannot change this ... we will guarantee power for the number of people we have decided ... any more and, well, bad luck I guess, I'm sure you understand that we'd love to oblige but not at the risk of blowing fuses around the building and potentially ruining the event for everyone.

So with less than a month to go you need to sign up ... even if you intend to pay on the door ... sign up ... if you intend to attend purely as a spectator then please say so here (note that people attending simply to watch are welcome but if you ontend to stay overnight and use the facilities you will be paying a fiver for the entire event, however this will entitle you to participate in the fun big screen games that we'll be running projectorgames, fun tournament like last time and the dancemats) we need to know.

The bottom line is ...

if you intend to attend say so here
if you intend to spectate and not play say so here
if you intend to participate say so here and SIGN UP!

I intend to attend, {TE_UK}EvilSetekh will be attending too, and i`m going to dangle him over an apple mac until he signs up seeing as there are only like 6 spaces or something. {TE_UK}EvilGangsta is probably going to show his face and say hello although he is thinking of attending to game too the choice is his. Also how much are the t-shirts and do they come in Black if not why? i like Black Its the new grey or something.

The T-Shirts are currently only available in white, until I can find someone that does them in black at the same cost I pay for them

T-Shirts are ?5.00

Technically, the T-Shirt offer has ended, but I will re-open it until sunday night, then start the printing process then.

OK 13 interested parties and 5 more spaces ... remember the only way to guarantee a place is to pay ... and if you intend to pay on the door TELL US HERE ! For all we know you may have signed up and forgotten and therefore will not turn up ... with so few places left we need to ensure that they go to people who will definately be there ... PLEASE CONFIRM IN THIS THREAD if you are attending and intend to pay on the door, guarantee your place by sending a Paypal payment to us or a cheque.

Anyways, Yeh, i looked at the pics and the links, seems good!!....And its only an hour away (68 miles)...Hmmmmm

Do you have any more pics of your previous Lan?

AND

Whats the format/schedule for your lans, ie Tourneys? ALL V ALL, half the room VS other half, etc??

We don't have any pictures of previous LAN's except those that are on the website already

Aa for format, we will be running some tournaments, these will be small (1v1 or maybe 2v2) with people deciding on teams at the event.

We are hoping to run some big games as well, maybe some DC/GC/BF or possible a big game of UT2K4.
