LlamaLAN SHOP

It has recently been pointed out to us that, due to Microsoft Internet Explorer handling CSS in our webpages is a less than perfect manner, some IE users have been unable to access the shop at http://www.llamalan.co.uk/shop .

In particular they can neither register, nor login due to those links not being visible to IE users.

We are trying to rectify the problem, or at least find a work around, however in the meantime could you please consider visiting http://www.getfirefox.net/ and upgrading from IE to FireFox and thereby see the site as it is intended.

On another related note we regularly send out mailers, but we feel that over zealous spam filters may be intercepting our e-mails before they reach you. If you didn't receive the last mailer, here is a summary of it's contents ...

Orders for delivery at LlamaLAN 7 will close on WEDNESDAY the 17th of MAY.

If you haven't ordered and paid by this date you will have missed out on your chance at getting the limited edition, exclusive design LlamaLAN 7 T-Shirts, or either of the LlamaLAN enhanced Polo Shirts or Fleeces.

Please be aware that the Polo Shirts and Fleeces are NOT LlamaLAN 7 specific and so you will get a great deal of wear out of them beyond this upcoming event.

I hope that clears up a few points.

/me sits back and waits for the orders to flood in :)

Opera is also now free,
avaliable from http://www.opera.com
and it's my browser of choice -
Anything (even a pen'n'paper
based, plotter browser) is better
then IE.

*edit*
oh, and the shop appears to be working
correctly under it :)

(I'll probly be ordering a fleece when I get
paid, on the 15th)

KF worked his magic and IE is behaving itself better ;) and we look forward to seeing your order on the 15th ... just don't forget you only have 24 hours of leeway before we have to place the order :)

Regarding the technique used to print the shirts, attendees should be aware that the t-shirt design will be screen printed onto the fabric - white ink directly onto the black fabric. Gone is the uncomfortable, cheap-looking iron-on style. As for the fleece and polo, the discrete logo design is embroidered for the most excellent quality, appearance and longevity. So, all-in-all, you're in for a treat, if you treat yourselves or anyone else you know to this stuff. :)

In case anyone has missed out on the many mailers I have posted over the last few weeks here's a little reminder that today is you last chance to place an order at the LlamaLAN shop for your promotional LlamaLAN 7 t-shirts. Also available are non-event specific items such as the polo shirts with embroidered logo and your name across the back, or fleeces also embroidered (but no name).

So pop over to the shop this afternoon and get your orders in (order get sent to the supplier tomorrow)

Get 'em while they're still there!

nope - cant get the basket system to work at all-
nochex, paypall- nothing !

I've ordered a fleece (XL) - and sent the money
to kannonfodda via paypall, but the only way I
could get past the basket screen was to use the
postal order option !
